We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing warranty issues! We are happy to assist you with any problems you encounter while using our products. Photos are required for all product issues/warranty claims.

Exclusions

We are unable to provide refunds for any replacement or warranty claim items. We cannot offer refunds for any items that are free as a result of a promotion (such as buy one, get one free or a gift box). However, these are still eligible for warranty. If you contact our support team, they will be happy to assist you further. Wecannot offer refunds or returns on used glass screen protectors. We can only offer store credit for the amount of the glass screen protector or replacement. If the product is damaged due to falling, falling, etc., We do not accept returns or refunds.  

 

Do I need to pay to replace the product?

Customers will be required to pay shipping costs for replacement items.

ZUIHANG will provide a special discount code that you can apply to your order. You only pay for shipping!

Replacement orders must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.
