Before ordering, please read the following important shipping information regarding holiday delays and service alerts

For holidays and any destination affected by service alerts or international delays, please allow an additional 8-18 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that all delays listed may not cover all issues affecting your destination country. Please expect delays during the holidays. We recommend that you check your local courier company's service alerts for more up-to-date information on their services, even those not listed below. Shipping Information and Shipping

We typically prepare and ship your package within 1-4 business days, depending on the volume of our fulfillment centers during business hours (EST) . Any orders placed after Friday business hours or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

If your item is in stock and ready to ship, there will be a 24-hour delay from the time your order ships to the time tracking details are sent to you via SMS or email. From there, standard shipping will occur. If you have not received a shipping notification, please check the product page of our website directly for out-of-stock notifications and shipping estimates, as this will share the latest information related to the status of your order.

 

Domestic and International Order Times

For Domestic Orders:
All orders will be shipped via USPS unless the expedited shipping option is selected (i.e. via UPS).

For international orders:
International orders will use the courier most suitable for the destination country and may be transferred to the local postal provider after passing local customs. You will receive an international shipping tracking link via email. Standard international shipping usually takes 8-19 business days (Monday-Friday) after your tracking information is emailed.
