30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at gqualityshop@foxmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defects and Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it .

Exchange

Not satisfied with your color choice? Choosing the wrong size? Will there be new equipment after placing the order? We would be happy to exchange this for you! You are welcome to select our exchange options on the website within 30 days of purchase.

Redemption must be for the same product and cannot be used for products with different prices. All you have to do is pay the shipping fee for your new order.

Returns and Exchanges Exclusions

Us Refunds cannot be provided for any replacement or warranty claim items.

We cannot offer refunds or returns on used glass screen protectors. We can only offer store credit for the amount of the glass screen protector or replacement.  If the product is damaged due to falling, falling, etc.,

we do not accept returns or refunds.

We will not refund the original shipping fee once the item is returned.  

We do not bear the shipping costs of exchanged items
